1. Introduction
Welcome to Fabro Furniture. By accessing and using our website, services, and purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services. These Terms govern all transactions, both retail and wholesale, through our physical stores, online platforms, and authorized partners.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Fabro Furniture. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, fraudulent activity, or inventory limitations. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and approved financing partners.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Fabro Furniture reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Shipping, handling, and installation charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product type, and stock availability. While we make every effort to deliver on time, Fabro Furniture will not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring availability at the time of delivery.
6. Installation & Assembly
Certain products may require installation or assembly. Fabro Furniture provides professional installation services in select locations, which may be subject to additional charges. Self-assembly products are the responsibility of the customer, and Fabro Furniture shall not be held liable for damages caused during self-installation.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery and in accordance with our return policy. Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection of the returned product.
8. Warranty Policy
All products carry a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specific duration, which varies by product category. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fabro Furniture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
